From April 10th to July 22nd, 2013, the Grand Palais invites visitors to explore the Dynamo exhibition, 1 century of light and movement in art, smartphone in hand. Orange and the RMN (Réunion des Musées Nationaux) designed and realized a visitor experience based on digital technologies. The mobile application allows discovering 35 iconic works among the 250 exhibited pieces. It invites the visitor to express their perception of the artwork through photos, audio and/or written comments by passing their smartphone over the NFC tag located on the label. This way, they create their own visit diary.
At the end of the tour, a large digital wall displays in real-time the visitors' contributions, statistics (number of visitors, number of contributions, contributions by type of media, and a ranking of the works that received the most contributions), and a luminous journal on which tweets related to the exhibition are scrolling.
